Major Media Cos. Hit With IP Suit Over Online Video Services

Law360, Los Angeles (October 15, 2013, 9:36 PM EDT) -- Patent holding company Preservation Technologies LLC filed a slew of lawsuits Friday against major media companies, including CBS Interactive Inc., the Fox Broadcasting Company and New York Times Digital LLC, claiming their streaming video services infringe its patents for cataloging a digital multimedia library.
