US Cannot Classify Public Drone Arguments, ACLU Says

Law360, New York (October 15, 2013, 6:32 PM EDT) -- The American Civil Liberties Union on Tuesday asked the Second Circuit to reject the Obama administration's request to substitute its answers in oral arguments about its drone strike policy with “classified” answers that would shield information from the public.
