Pa. Developer To Pay $21M In Contractor Restitution

Law360, Los Angeles (October 16, 2013, 9:09 PM EDT) -- A Pennsylvania federal judge on Tuesday ordered a developer accused of stealing more than $1.1 million in government funds and misappropriating government loans in a Harrisburg, Pa., project to pay $21 million in restitution.
