Calif. High Court To Take Live-In Guards’ Pay Row With CPS

Law360, New York (October 17, 2013, 8:04 PM EDT) -- The California Supreme Court agreed Wednesday to wade into a class action between live-in security guards and CPS Security Solutions Inc., after both sides sought review of a decision that said CPS had to pay guards for weeknight on-call hours but not “sleep time.”
