Aereo Can't Depose Head Of CBS In Copyright Brawl

Law360, New York (October 17, 2013, 6:05 PM EDT) -- A New York federal judge refused Thursday to allow Aereo Inc. to depose the head of CBS Broadcasting Inc. and turned down other requests for information it made to CBS and other networks pursuing copyright claims against the online streaming service for rebroadcasting their programs.
