Software Developer To Settle FLSA Action For $1.5M

Law360, New York (October 21, 2013, 3:11 PM EDT) -- A software developer on Thursday agreed to shell out $1.47 million to settle a suit brought in California federal court by a proposed class of installation specialists who claim they were unlawfully misclassified as exempt from federal overtime pay requirements of the Fair Labor Standards Act.
