NCAA To Mediate With 2nd Group Of Concussion Plaintiffs

Law360, Chicago (October 21, 2013, 4:15 PM EDT) -- The NCAA has agreed to enter mediation with a second group of class action plaintiffs who are suing the organization for allegedly failing to protect student-athletes from the effects of concussions, according to a Friday filing in Tennessee federal court.
