JPML Centralizes Oil Price-Fixing Suits In NY

Law360, San Francisco (October 21, 2013, 8:34 PM EDT) -- Six cases accusing BP PLC, Royal Dutch Shell PLC and Statoil ASA of manipulating crude oil futures have been consolidated in the Southern District of New York, according to a Monday order by the U.S. Judicial Panel on Multidistrict Litigation.
