Attys Pushed RE Co. Into Hotel Sale, $10M Suit Says

Law360, New York (October 22, 2013, 5:34 PM EDT) -- A North Carolina real estate company filed a $10 million suit in New York on Monday accusing a Loeb & Loeb LLP attorney and two others of pushing it to sell its stake in a Charlotte hotel for less than it was worth.
