Tribeca Film Fest Sues Developer For $100M Over Pier 57

Law360, Los Angeles (October 21, 2013, 10:56 PM EDT) -- The group that runs the Tribeca Film Festival has lodged a $100 million suit against the developer it partnered with on a project to revamp New York’s Pier 57, saying in New York court Monday that the developer reneged on a deal to let Tribeca name the pier.
