Land Deal Suit Threatens $500M Martin Midstream Refinery

Law360, Houston (October 22, 2013, 7:08 PM EDT) -- The Port of Corpus Christi Authority on Monday rescinded an agreement to sell 254 acres of land to Martin Midstream Partners LP to accommodate a $500 million refinery, citing a lawsuit filed by a former port commissioner who claims the deal was rigged.
