2nd Circ. Gives Citi 2nd Shot At Arbitration In Miles Suit

Law360, Los Angeles (October 22, 2013, 4:50 PM EDT) -- Citigroup Inc.’s nominal bank will get another crack at arbitration, thanks to a contract customers had signed, in a proposed class action alleging the bank lured customers with airline miles then later stuck them with the tax bill, the Second Circuit ruled Tuesday.
