Fox Takes Dish To 9th Circ. Over Hopper 'Anywhere' Features

Law360, New York (October 23, 2013, 4:38 PM EDT) -- Fox Broadcasting Co. said Tuesday it would once again take its case over Dish Network Corp.'s Hopper DVR to the Ninth Circuit, this time appealing a ruling last month that denied the broadcaster an injunction blocking the Hopper's place-shifting features.
