Heritage Plans Huge Spec Office For Brooklyn's Kent Ave.

Law360, New York (October 23, 2013, 5:19 PM EDT) -- Heritage Equity Partners plans to build, on spec, a 400,000-square-foot office building along Kent Avenue in Williamsburg, Brooklyn, a move that's buoyed by companies' growing interest in residing in the borough and a lack of affordable options in the neighborhood.

Heritage filed plans with the New York City Department of Buildings on Tuesday to build on a full-block site measuring 80,000 square feet near the Wythe Hotel, Brooklyn Bowl and Brooklyn Brewery, despite having no lease agreements for the property.
