Attys' Fees Under Fire In Korean Air's $65M Antitrust Deal

Law360, New York (October 24, 2013, 7:02 PM EDT) -- A $65 million settlement in an antitrust class action against Korean Air Lines Co. drew opposition Wednesday from a member of the proposed class who blasted the size of the attorneys' fee award and said the deal was unfair to all class members.
