Reuters Can't Escape Fired Whistleblower's Suit

Law360, New York (October 25, 2013, 6:13 PM EDT) -- A New York federal judge on Friday denied a bid from Thomson Reuters Corp. to escape a suit brought by one of its former employees claiming he was fired for leaking insider trading violations to the government, finding that the employee had made a sufficient case to claim protection as a whistleblower.
