Chop't Settles FLSA Action With Salad Delivery Workers

Law360, Washington (October 28, 2013, 1:26 PM EDT) -- Chop't Creative Salad Co. LLC and a putative class of New York City delivery employees asked a federal judge on Friday to preliminarily approve a settlement in a Fair Labor Standards Act suit alleging Chop't underpaid the workers and deducted bicycle maintenance costs from their pay.
