DOJ Accuses NJ Defense Contractor Of Conspiracy

Law360, New York (October 28, 2013, 6:12 PM EDT) -- The owner of two New Jersey defense contracting businesses was arraigned Monday for allegedly sending military blueprints to India as well as conspiring to provide defense parts and blueprints to foreign governments, according to U.S. Attorney Paul J. Fishman.
