Wyle's Suit Over $235M CAS Sale Can Go Forward, Judge Says

Law360, New York (October 28, 2013, 4:38 PM EDT) -- A New York judge has said too many factual issues are disputed for him to decide now whether Wyle Inc. was right to rely on ITT Corp.'s allegedly false assurance that it had revealed all ongoing government audits before Wyle bought ITT aerospace subsidiary CAS Inc. for $235 million.
