Hospitality Co. Applies For Tax Break On NY Headquarters

Law360, New York (October 29, 2013, 3:41 PM EDT) -- A hospitality firm has proposed expanding its upstate New York headquarters and is asking the state for certain tax incentives to seal the deal, according to a development agency's Monday notice.
