Atty Fees Slashed In $3.2M JetBlue Call-Snooping Deal

Law360, Los Angeles (October 29, 2013, 3:32 PM EDT) -- A California judge approved on Tuesday a $3.2 million settlement for a class action against JetBlue Airways Corp. — for allegedly illegally recording calls to customer service agents — but slashed the $1 million requested for attorneys' fees and costs to $650,000.
