Zynga, Ex-Engineer's OT Settlement To Be Unsealed

Law360, Los Angeles (October 29, 2013, 8:38 PM EDT) -- The settlement between Zynga Inc. and a former employee for the social media gaming company's alleged failure to pay overtime to a class of engineers should be unsealed, a California federal judge said Tuesday, stating the parties didn't present any facts to justify sealing the agreement.
