Suffolk Downs Gets Green Light From Mass. Gaming Agency

Law360, New York (October 31, 2013, 12:27 PM EDT) -- Nearly two weeks after a Massachusetts Gaming Commission suitability probe spurred the Suffolk Downs racetrack owners to break off a joint venture deal with Caesars Entertainment Corp., the MGC gave conditional approval Wednesday for the company to move forward with its gambling license bid.
