Law360, New York (October 31, 2013, 7:21 PM EDT) -- Starwood Hotels & Resorts Worldwide Inc. on Wednesday asked the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office's Patent Trial and Appeal Board to invalidate wireless network patents developed by an ex-partner of Fish & Richardson PC, which ousted the lawyer after his patents were asserted against some of the firm's own clients, including Google Inc.
