Nevada Appeals Court Gives Wynn Tip-Sharing Policy A Pass

Law360, New York (November 1, 2013, 5:10 PM EDT) -- A Nevada appellate court on Thursday sided with a Las Vegas casino unit of Wynn Resorts Ltd, reversing a lower court decision and ruling that state law allows an employer to mandate a tip-sharing policy that pools tips with employees of different ranks.
