Bloomberg Says EEOC Trying To Revive Pregnancy Bias Suit

Law360, New York (November 1, 2013, 7:57 PM EDT) -- Bloomberg LP told a New York federal court on Thursday that the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission's request for clarification on the order tossing its sweeping pregnancy bias claims against the company was really a bid to revive claims the court had axed.
