Disputed $42M NFL Publicity Rights Settlement Gets Approval

Law360, New York (November 1, 2013, 4:24 PM EDT) -- A Minnesota federal judge on Friday approved a $42 million deal to settle a class action over the National Football League's use of its former players' publicity rights and issued a rebuke to the faction of players who have broken from the class and charged that the settlement is unfair.
