West, Kardashian Say YouTube Founder Leaked Proposal Vid

Law360, San Francisco (November 1, 2013, 9:16 PM EDT) -- Celebrities Kim Kardashian and Kanye West sued YouTube LLC founder Chad Hurley in Los Angeles Superior Court on Friday, alleging he filmed and posted to his MixBit video site footage of West’s marriage proposal to Kardashian in violation of a confidentiality agreement.
