IHG In Talks With NYC Developers For Midtown Hotel: Report

Law360, New York (November 4, 2013, 6:40 PM EST) -- InterContinental Hotels Group is in talks with three New York City developers to build a 25-story, 250-room hotel in Midtown Manhattan, a person close to the talks told Law360 on Monday.

The owners of property management firm Raber Enterprises LLC own a swath of land at 320 W. 36th St. where a parking garage currently stands, and they plan to work with Flintlock Construction Services LLC and Stonehill & Taylor Architects and Planners to turn the site into a hotel, the source said.
