NY Bus Tour Passengers Seek Cert. In Antitrust Suit

Law360, New York (November 4, 2013, 6:38 PM EST) -- Customers of the Twin America LLC line of New York City bus tours asked a New York judge for class certification in their antitrust suit against the company, calling it a “sham joint venture” between two of the largest bus tour competitors in the market that artificially inflated prices.
