Capital Hotel Snags Extension To Turn $300M Hilton Around

Law360, New York (November 5, 2013, 3:36 PM EST) -- Asset manager Capital Hotel Management announced Monday that it scored a contract extension for the Hilton Baltimore Convention Center Hotel, a deal that comes days after city officials decided to not sell the $300 million project so as to get the lagging business back in shape.

CHM, which has been on board with the hotel operation since winning a competitive bid process in 2006, scored a new three-year contract extension and is expected to help turn the venture around, according to Monday's statement. This news comes...
