9th Circ. May Seek Calif. High Court Input In Seating Suits

Law360, New York (November 5, 2013, 6:39 PM EST) -- The Ninth Circuit ordered JPMorgan Chase Bank NA, Wal-Mart Stores Inc., CVS Pharmacy Inc. and workers behind seating lawsuits Monday to weigh in on whether to ask the California Supreme Court how to interpret key phrases underpinning the Golden State's suitable seating requirement.
