Miami Voters Approve Lease For $18M Waterfront Project

Law360, Miami (November 5, 2013, 10:31 PM EST) -- Plans to revamp a marina and restaurants on city-owned waterfront property in Miami's Coconut Grove neighborhood took a step forward Tuesday as voters approved a 50-year lease agreement between the city and a private developer, but pending legal challenges could still derail the deal.
