Yahoo Fights Microsoft Ad Arbitration Award In 2nd Circ.

Law360, New York (November 6, 2013, 4:46 PM EST) -- Yahoo Inc. told the Second Circuit on Wednesday that an emergency arbitrator had no authority to make a decision that would force Yahoo to finish moving its search ad services to Microsoft Corp.'s Bing platform, in a fast-moving dispute between the two companies over Yahoo's decision to pull out of the migration in September.
