Edison Workers Want Another Shot At $373M Pension Suit

Law360, New York (November 8, 2013, 5:36 PM EST) -- A Ninth Circuit decision affirming the dismissal of much of a $373 million class action brought against Edison International by workers who claimed their pension plan was imprudently managed conflicts with two other circuits, the plaintiffs told the U.S. Supreme Court last month.
