Pacific Lumber Disclosure Statement Approved

Law360, New York (March 3, 2008, 12:00 AM EST) -- A bankruptcy judge has approved Pacific Lumber's joint disclosure statement, setting the stage for creditors to vote on three competing reorganization plans later this month.

Judge Richard S. Schmidt of U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of Texas approved the joint disclosure statement on Friday.
