7th Circ. Asked To Revive Live Nation Bundling Suit

Law360, Chicago (November 14, 2013, 3:30 PM EST) -- A Chicago concertgoer urged the Seventh Circuit on Thursday to revive his proposed class action accusing Live Nation Entertainment Inc. of unfairly and illegally bundling parking fees with concert tickets, claiming a lower court improperly ignored the crux of his complaint.
