Honeywell Settles $20M Suit Over Polluted Site In NY

Law360, New York (November 13, 2013, 8:58 PM EST) -- Honeywell International Inc. has reached a settlement with Queens West Development Corp. and others over a Long Island City, N.Y., site that allegedly cost $20 million to clean up, according to a New Jersey federal judge who dismissed the case Wednesday.
