Law360, New York (November 15, 2013, 3:11 PM EST) -- Costco Wholesale Corp. asked a California federal judge on Wednesday to dismiss its antitrust suit against a Chinese cathode ray tube maker from multidistrict litigation over a conspiracy to fix the prices of the once common components of TV and computer monitors.
The retailer and Beijing Matsushita Color CRT Co. Ltd. told Senior U.S. District Judge Samuel Conti that they had agreed to dismiss the claims and bear their own litigation expenses.
