Investors Seek To Revive $331M UBS Fraud Suit

Law360, New York (November 14, 2013, 2:18 PM EST) -- Investors who say they lost $331 million because UBS AG and others allegedly rigged a complex securities deal asked a New York state judge during a hearing Thursday to reconsider her dismissal of the case, arguing that they'd shown the alleged misdeeds caused their losses.
