Quinn Emanuel Faces DQ Bid In CDS Antitrust Row

Law360, New York (November 18, 2013, 5:24 PM EST) -- The International Swaps and Derivatives Association on Friday urged a New York federal judge to disqualify Quinn Emanuel Urquhart & Sullivan LLP from representing a plaintiff in a group of class actions accusing the ISDA and several large banks of rigging credit default swap markets, saying the firm has a conflict of interest.
