BNY Forex Judge Finds Lieff Cabraser, Others Misbehaved

Law360, New York (November 18, 2013, 7:17 PM EST) -- Bank of New York Mellon Corp. won an emergency motion for relief in multidistrict litigation accusing the bank of manipulating foreign currency exchange transactions, agreeing that the plaintiffs' executive committee, including Lieff Cabraser Heimann & Bernstein LLP, had inappropriately told third parties to ignore subpoena requests.
