Calif. High Court Needn't Mull Seating Rule, 9th Circ. Told

Law360, New York (November 19, 2013, 4:49 PM EST) -- Workers accusing JPMorgan Chase Bank NA, Wal-Mart Stores Inc. and CVS Pharmacy Inc. of violating California's suitable seating requirement told the Ninth Circuit on Monday that it need not seek input from the state's high court on how to interpret the law, and the companies themselves agreed.
