9th Circ. Rejects Dukes' Challenge To Class Cert. Denial

Law360, New York (November 19, 2013, 2:50 PM EST) -- The Ninth Circuit handed Wal-Mart Stores Inc. another win Monday in the long-running Dukes gender bias battle, rejecting the plaintiffs' bid for a green light to appeal a trial judge's August refusal to certify a narrowed class of female workers.
