Mobile Cos. Want Text Messaging Antitrust Suit Tossed

Law360, New York (November 22, 2013, 6:48 PM EST) -- AT&T Mobility LLC, Verizon Wireless LLC, Sprint Nextel Corp. and T-Mobile USA Inc. on Thursday asked an Illinois federal judge to nix a proposed class action accusing them of fixing the price of pay-per-use text messaging, saying there was no evidence of collusion.
