Medicare Deals Give HHS Pause Over Devonshire Ch. 11 Plan

Law360, Wilmington (November 25, 2013, 7:33 PM EST) -- The U.S. Department of Health and Human Services balked Monday over the Chapter 11 plan for the owner of a retirement community and assisted-living facility within Florida's PGA National Resort and Spa, arguing it’s unclear how an affiliate intends to deal with its Medicare agreements.
