Homeowners Wary Of Marriott's $28M Sale Offer For Resort

Law360, New York (November 26, 2013, 4:09 PM EST) -- Marriott Vacations Worldwide Corp. has offered to sell a luxury development in the Bahamas for $28 million to a group of homeowners who sued for breach of contract and fraud regarding the club, the group announced Tuesday, but the homeowners question the resort's market value.
