Developer Not Negligent In Fatal NY Crane Collapse

Law360, New York (November 27, 2013, 5:13 PM EST) -- The New York Supreme Court refused on Tuesday to find a developer negligent in a deadly 2008 crane collapse at a midtown high rise, but rejected the company’s bid for contractual indemnification from its construction contractor co-defendants.
