GAO Denies Bid To Toss $4.5M Army Waste Contract Award

Law360, New York (November 27, 2013, 6:01 PM EST) -- Mark Dunning Industries Inc. can't upend a $4.5 million U.S. Army base solid-waste contract award for small businesses to Container First Services LLC because Container First qualified as a small business at the time of its bid, the U.S. Government Accountability Office said in a decision made public Tuesday.
