Planet Wings Employees In NY Sue For Overtime

Law360, New York (November 27, 2013, 4:54 PM EST) -- Employees of chicken wing chain Planet Wings Inc. recently launched a putative class action in New York federal court, alleging the restaurant failed to pay overtime and spread-of-hours wages.
